To ensure a safe, quiet, and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following policies apply to all guests, visitors, and occupants of Patt's Place, LLC.

By staying at Patt's Place, LLC, guests acknowledge and agree to all policies and assume risks associated with a rural campground environment.

These policies apply to:

• Registered Guests
• Visitors
• Overnight Guests
• Children
• Pets
• Vehicles

Failure to follow policies may result in removal at owner/management discretion.

 All guests are required to review and acknowledge Patt's Place, LLC policies prior to arrival.
These policies are in place for safety, insurance, and operational purposes.
